• RPBS is conscious of the need to safeguard the security of its customers and the following safety precautions have been taken to ensure the privacy of our customers.

• Credit Card: After using a customer's credit card number for billing purposes, the number is erased from our records. If the credit card number is needed again, then RPBS, Inc. will contact the customer for the number and once again erase the number from its records after such use.

• User-ID: A User-ID will be created by you solely for at the time of your registration/ inquiry. This User-ID number will become a part of the system automatically and is used solely for identification purposes.

• We treat privacy very seriously, both yours and ours. RPBS, Inc. stores information in such a manner that it is virtually impossible to connect individual users with individual searches. RPBS, Inc. will never disclose records of individual users' book searches and purchases. Occasionally, information we collect about user searches is analyzed in the aggregate, however, we do not disclose individual search records of survey data to third parties. Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to share aggregate search information and data collected in optional anonymous surveys with outside partners. In the event RPBS, Inc. changes this policy we will disclose this to you.

Pricing

• RPBS Inc. will provide updated price lists on a monthly basis. However, price and availability information is subject to change without notice. RPBS, Inc. will confirm price and availability within two or three days of customer's order and prepare an invoice at the time of shipping. In case the products requested are not available or out of
print, RPBS, Inc. will refund the customer's money or offer similar books in the area requested.

Limitation of Liability

• Except as is specifically stated on this sit; neither RPBS, Inc. nor any of its directors, employees, or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kinds, including without limitation, compensatory,direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

• In the event any goods are found to be nonconforming, customer expressly waives its rights to consequential or incidental damages. customer acknowledges that the items sold are not so unique or the circumstances such that either party shall be entitled to the remedy of specific performance.

Cancellation

• If an order is prevented or delayed because of any of the following events, which cannot be averted or overcome by diligence ("Force Majeure Event") RPBS, Inc. shall be excused from performance or terminate the order without liability to the extent that it is prevented or delayed by the Force Majeure Event. Force Majeure Event includes the
following:

• If the country of importation becomes involved in civil or foreign war, insurrection or riot, or in invaded by armed forces; or if, as a result of war, treaty or otherwise, it is added to or becomes a part of the domain of any other sovereignty; or

• If the country of importation has a flood, fire, or epidemic; or

•If a countervailing duty is declared or imposed on the goods by the country of importation; or

• If by reason of an embargo, the goods cannot be exported from the United States; or

• If the customer is unable to obtain an export shipping license for the purpose of exporting the goods to the country.

Jurisdiction

• Any and all disputes shall be construed under the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Customers consent to the personal and long-arm jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Houston, Harris County, Texas, USA

Shipping, Risk of Loss, Inspection, Acceptance

• Shipping charges vary from country to country depending on the mode of dispatch of the material whether by sea, air courier, air freight, airmail, etc. The shipping charges will be determined upon receipt of your order and communicated to you.

• RPBS, Inc. agrees to deliver the ordered Products to the destination set forth in the Purchase Order on or before the delivery date specified. The Purchase Order shall detail who shall bear the expense of transporting the products to customer, including any and all shipping, loading, unloading, freight, insurance and any other expenses of transportation. Title to, and risk of loss of, the products shall pass to customer upon actual delivery of the products to the specified recipient at the specified delivery destination.

• During the ten day period after products are delivered, customer must inspect the products and notify RPBS, Inc. of any shortage in any shipment, or of any visible, apparent defect. All claims must be in writing and delivered to RPBS, Inc. at its address, within ten days after delivery of the order and before the goods, or any part of them
which have been delivered are in any way changed from the original condition, and no claim by the customer shall be made for such goods after they have been used or altered in any manner. Customer's failure to notify RPBS, Inc. of its rejection and the grounds for such rejection shall constitute acceptance of the products.
